"We were tasked to pickup some items at this store location in the early evening on a Sunday. The items were preordered and we parked in the designated area. The parking lot was not that full but it took several phone calls with no response and several minutes before we managed to received any service. At one point, we walked into the building up to the service desk, and noticed a phone ringing unattended while there were a minimum of five uniformed employees behind the desk together in conversation. It was finally resolved in 15 minutes. 10 of which completely unnecessary."

"I came in looking for a refrigerator and was greeted by one of the managers, Tracie, almost immediately after getting to the major appliances. She offered her help finding anything and answering any questions I had. I explained there was a particular fridge I was looking for and the manufactures website had it on sale, but I’d have to wait over a month for delivery. She was extremely helpful and friendly, price-matching the competitors website and ensuring delivery within the week. I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service and will continue to use this Home Depot for all of my home needs."

"It's Home Depot. I went in with ideas of projects without knowing what sort of materials I should use to complete them. While the employees are good at finding things on shelves, they don't necessarily know about the products themselves and what is good for certain things and what tools and other materials that you might need to complete said project. Google before you go so you know exactly what you want and they can find it for you."

"The staff of this store is beyond wonderful. Bob in appliances, April, Rachel, and Jorge up at customer service- all genuinely nice, and attentive humans. Whatever training or hiring tactics this locations does/uses needs to be replicated because our experience has been incredible in every situation. OVERLY RECOMMEND!"

"Snow birds read this! I live literally 1 city block away, takes 30 minutes to get here. Snow Birds regularly park in front, in the fire zone blocking the entrance. Regularly run the clearly marked 3 way stop sign.They go in thru the clearly marked exit and out thru the clearly marked entrance. While had nothing to do with HD. HD needs to hire more people to clean up the store, and parking lot. Help people like me who cannot find stuff and put stuff where it belongs. They also need to tell patrons to move their f'ing cars out of the fire lane. Lazy A$$ snow birds, learn to park, drive and read. Otherwise I come here for most projects."
