"I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for CVS to their job in a timely manner, 2 days after my surgery and they’re yet to fill my medication. Also this cvs deleted the 0 operator option, so you cannot call to ask questions. After my 3rd voicemail in 3 days I’ve come to the conclusion that their staff is deleting voice mails without addressing them. Filed a complaint with state of FL well."

"Ahh where do I begin? The fact you have to leave msgs now and have to wait for when/if they return your call is maddening. I moved a controlled medication to this location because I moved to Holiday and they are either completely out or only partial available. That means I have to make an extra trip and my insurance will not cover multiple fills of a controlled substance. Unfortunately, stuck using them for now but the apathy here is mind blowing. I even called 3 days ago to make sure they had my script in stock and was told they did and I would be fine on the day they said I could pick it up. One would think that since they no longer answer their phones, they would be keeping better track of what is in stock."

"I don't know if management changed or what but the last few months my family and I have had the most undesirable experiences here with the pharmacy. More specific to the pharmacy techs. Very rude and unprofessional. If you don't like dealing with the public or like your job, it shows! Get some manners and customer service training because yours sucks!"

"The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I was treated so bad by the two girls that worked the register and they made me feel like I had No clue what I was talking about and I’ve been doing my insurance Otc and my son’s for years and they ran mine and it went through as usual and then they said just because yours went through doesn’t mean your son’s items will go through and I said I know for a fact they will. Well I guess they didn’t like the fact I knew what I was doing and they had No idea! So I feel that staff should be retrained and stop with the attitude problems. We all have to work so why not make it easier rather then making it more difficult and miserable. Corporate will be called and notified about this situation and if they don’t like their jobs then go work elsewhere."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The man acted as if we were a complete inconvenience for dropping off my 2yr olds prescription, and they got it wrong!!!! Another CVS made sure they had it I drive there and the man told my husband it would be hours before he could fill it. This is for my son’s breathing!! They weren’t even that busy!!! Never going here again. Read these reviews and tell me why no one has fired these people!!!"
