"They never answer the phone when you call and the customer service here really sucks they all always have a attitude like why work here if you gone have a attitude problem with people who didn’t even say anything to you mean or bad they need a whole new staff Leo the only person there that have good customer service her and the older caucasian lady but the female manager have a bad attitude and she is super rude"

"I usually go here a lot to get what I need and never have any issues especially when we bring our own balloons that we purchased elsewhere. My 16 year old daughter went in to get a gender reveal balloon filled with air. She came out really upset because the whole staff including the manager was very rude to her and acted like they never seen a bigger balloon in their life. They all laughed at her and said we can’t blow it up and you have to buy one of our balloons m. That is false because each birthday party we have they blow them up without any issues or questions asked. Your employees need to not treat a 16 year old that way and all be rude to her like if she did something wrong. This occurred on 10/21 around 11:20. I won’t be doing anymore business with this location again."

"My father as a continuous repeat costumer came in to buy just a simple normal routine item, a pack of cigarettes that he has been getting at this store for years only to receive negativity from the current new staff, I myself feel that even now this should not be the current workplace conduct of new employees to combat the customer stating accusations thinking they are right when very clearly they are wrong this small dispute of just a common daily purchase resulted in bad customer service. Unessicary interactions like these in a already stressful life causes much unneeded escalation in blood pressure for those under these conditions. So I hope retribution comes to this incompetent employee. I'm sure they are recorded around 6 pm clearly displaying misconduct with this interaction and recommend reviewing their future conduct through the recordings as if it happens once it's bound to be again. I may not know how to specify them but I say regardless to the manager of this behavior there is no coincidence that this has to do with newer hires within the time of this review post, so that should narrow it down a bit."
