"Extremely rude staff. Hung up on me while I was trying to make an appointment. I called back and she picked up and hung up that call. I did call the manager to register a complaint , and the manager said “Sorry Ma’am, we don’t have time for that” (referring to addressing my complaint). She then hung up on me as well. Absolutely disgusting non professional behavior. This is the first time I’ve ever accounted this type of behavior from any business."
