"*Summary of Interactions: We attempted to use this company to receive an estimate on rebuilding a portion of our home as well as some remodels. I was very excited to use them as they are local and have many years under their belt. However my brief interactions / experience with them was unprofessional and we couldn't use them as they ended up not following through on an estimate. *Pros: Local. Licensed. 40+ years of experience. Professional Website. Their project manager construction employee was very kind *Cons: Almost no reviews on google or yelp. Long wait to schedule an estimate. Rescheduled after that long wait. Sent a different worker rather than the GC to assess property, told it could take 4 months to start project. Was never sent estimate *Resolution: I ended up taking an offer with a different licensed company. I did not try to follow back up with them after our last email as it was clear to me that they weren't the right fit for this specific project. I needed a company who had good communication / administration for this project. *Suggestions for the Company: Their website says they give free estimates. I waited patiently, accommodated their schedule, and was flexible with who showed up to my house. In the end, no estimate was given due to seeing "if the GC had time" and then no followup communication about the estimate, etc. I don't believe this is a professional way to give estimates out to customers. I believe companies and their workers should be empathetic towards their inquirers / clients. If they communicated they didn't want to take the job or even said, when scheduling, that an estimate is dependent upon scheduling / seeing the property, that would have been fine as well. At least the right expectations would have been set. But to schedule the assessment with the verbal understanding I would receive an estimate, and then decide if they would send it afterwards based on their own schedule and the time of the GC to write it up just doesn't seem empathetic towards the different situations clients may be facing unknown to the company (In my case our home was flooded due to post-waters after Hurricane Ian. This ended up wasting our time and almost delayed us moving back in if it wasn't for the last company happening to be a good fit). In the future, I would suggest more clear expectations when scheduling and following up with the client, as soon as possible after the meetup, with a denial of the estimate / project. *Conclusion: I am just 1 person with a brief interaction with this company. I may be the outlier when it comes to their communication or estimates towards clients. Nonetheless, this did happen. Hopefully this review can be helpful for those seeking an estimate from the company and for the company themselves to grow in their empathy and communication of expectation towards clients"

"We contacted All Phase Home Solutions about a complete guest bathroom remodel in our ca. 1925 house in Mt. Dora. Terry came out, answered all our questions, and gave us a detailed estimate within a couple days. We contracted for the work, and the project was started within a few weeks (on time) Josie and Eyvin did an outstanding job-they were very professional, working skillfully and diligently to deliver a final product that we are very pleased with, at a price that we considered a good value. We plan on having them return soon for another project."
