"I brought 2 wigs for $420 that Sajey claimed to be human hair . All I did was put water on the hair to get ready to wash them and they matted up . These are not human hair wigs. They are synthetic. I went back and wasn’t offered new wigs, refund, partial refund, or store credit . I was told there was nothing they could do . I won’t be spending money here again"
"I can't lie I've been going to JLo hair stores since the one on Fowler and 15th open up. In Seffner they don't come to help and assist you here and they let you sit there for 30 minutes I get mad everytime I have to go in this store"
