"Asked for a body wave 4 times I explained that I wanted a body wave loose curls with big rollers!!! She gave me an Afro !!!! AN AFRO!!! And burnt my hair!!! And I am white!!! My hair is destroyed to the point of no repair ! my hair is long past the bra strap!! Took me years to grow it that long! I can’t even cut it or my hair will blow up like bozzò the clown! Do not recommend this place at all they have no help so she kept cutting other ppls hair in between my body wave hence why she ruined my hair!"

"Honestly, I dislike my hair so much. I tried being nice about it by saying it looked great because the lady was sweet and kept asking if I was okay during the session but my hair is dried out and it feels dead now. It doesn’t feel soft anymore, I asked for a full head of highlights and it doesn’t look like a full head. I had red in my hair that she never taken out, she went straight in with the bleach. I have a patch on my hair."

"I took my son to get his haircut yesterday his hair was getting to long. Everything went fine my son even sat quite still while Donna was cutting his hair. Everything seemed fine she even styled his hair with non-alcoholic hair gel. Looked very nice but today seeing my sons hair there a huge hole . First picture is what it looked liked right after the cut the pictures after are from this morning. VERY UPSET We have a wedding to go to this weekend he his the reign bearer there is no way it will grow out by then."
