"I used to be a customer of the female Barber there. I would like to make a note first that they do not take appointments, you have to sign in and it's first come first serve. The last time I went there some years ago to get a haircut I sat there on a Saturday for an hour and a half waiting for my turn I only wanted to see the lady because that's who regularly cut my hair. There was a guy working there, Kevin, who's the owner, who had come open for an available customer but I did not want to go to him because he was not the normal person that cut my hair. I kind of felt like he took offense to that. That particular Saturday the lady decided to take on a customer who'd just walked through the door, no book signing, and of course no appointment after I'd been sitting there for an hour and a half, at that moment I decided to not go back. I walked out. Today ,10/20/2022, I went back to see if I can get a haircut because my barber was currently unavailable and I was on that side of town. So of course the owner, Kevin, the guy barber who took offence, said that he was "slammed and that he was booked he had no room for me". let me inform you that there was no one in the barber shop except for the one person he had in the chair. He was the only barber there and no one else was in the shop other than him and the person that was in the chair. Please keep in mind that they do not take appointments. I believe this barber shop has an issue with people of the LGBT community. Ijs... There was no offer to come back later, another day, no say of his online orders were full or try to book online nothing just "I'm slammed I can't do it"."

I am a trucker with all the traffic going on Kevin had horrible customer service yes I was late by 15 minutes but have respect and be courteous to a new customer that that’s paying money turned me around and was very rude I had people on the phone and they said that’s very rude and that’s horrible customer service which it is. In that run down shack try to be more nice to new customers"
