"This had to be the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. First, they have roaches crawling all over the place. Their nail equipment is super old. The man who did my nails filed it down so much that he weakened my nails. That same day all my natural nails broke. I normally never leave reviews but I had this time so that I can save someone else the headache that I had to endure from that place. STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"I will never come back to this place, my daughter and I spent $90 between the two and we feel it was a complete waste of money!! The pedicure was mediocre, I got French on my toes (so did my daughter) and the white lines were uneven and some of the nails weren't completely paint, the previous nail polish we had before wasn't properly removed! My daughter had a gel manicure and it was terrible as well, worst experience ever..."

"I've had the worst experiences trying to find a reliable nail salon to come to frequently. I've been to places that were wildly expensive, way too busy, cut my fingers, etc. I've seen it all. Nail Trap isn't perfect, but it has the best of all worlds. I wouldn't come here if you're really into elaborate designs because they don't really have anyone who specializes in that, but if you need a reliable location to provide you with simple, cheap but satisfactory work, Nail Trap is the place to go. Like every location, you'll find good and bad aspects. Bad: The manager, Lucas. I would never recommend anyone getting their nails done by him. I would wait for the next available instead of using him. For starters, it will take about twice as long to get your nails done by Lucas because he is constantly walking away from the desk to answer phones, handle tips, talk to guests, walk to the back, etc. It's very frustrating. On top of that, he tries to tell you something isn't possible when in fact it is. I recently gave him another chance and he tried to tell me I couldn't have round nails AND short nails. I had to choose. I asked for someone new and they immediately accommodated my request. Good: The prices at Nail Trap are so reasonable. I go in every two weeks or so and never pay more than $20 for a fill, cut-down, and polish change. Most of the staff, excluding Lucas, does a superb job. They aren't perfect, but if something isn't getting done to your liking or they make a mistake, they are all quick to fix it. I've had minor problems here and there but nothing to make me stop coming here to get my nails done. Michael and Taylor are both wonderful. Lucas' wife is sweet as can be. She mostly sticks to minor things but the woman is so sweet. I've been coming to Nail Trap for close to a year now and will continue to do so as I love their work. I'd recommend them to anyone."

"This place may not be fancy like some of the "other" Super Expensive spas that have Nail Salons in Brandon that claim to be "divine", but those places charge you $80 for a pedicure! Why pay so much, when the service at Salon Tua is just as good! The staff is friendly, and always willing to accommodate their guests. They have a luxurious Champagne & Rose pedicure that I really recommend, complimentary wine is served with your services, and my manicures always last. I also go there for eyelash extensions and brow waxes, and I'm always pleased with the results. I recommend this place to all my friends!"
