"I’m very disappointed in the service and the outcome of my cushion I was assured many times that they could match the same exact color they even provided me the code to look it up online to make sure it was the same color, I waited weeks for the repair and then when I picked it up I’m told yeah it’s a little off but it’s the best we could do not only is the color COMPLETELY off it was done sloppily and uneven. I would have preferred to be notified if they couldn’t match the color and had given me an option"
