"Jose is rude if you’re not purchasing a mattress with him he’ll treat you like trash. Trying to exchange a mattress I purchased 11 months ago. And he refuses to pick up the phone when I call. The young lady there is very nice but you’re on your own contacting the manufacture yourself. I will never refer or purchase a mattress from them ever. We’re stuck with a defective mattress and now we will have to go purchase a whole new one!!! Still waiting for them to fill out my rebate three months later, nothing!!!"
