"Tires on Site seemed to be a busy place when I arrived but they took care of me pretty quick. I went for a tire repair. They put a patch, not a plug, as I wanted. However, I requested that they clean the area where the tire and rim meet, for my peace of mind. The person at the counter that took my order refused, saying it was not necessary That they didn't have to do that...They take the tire off but don't clean that area? Come on, that's like putting tape on something with dust underneath. It doesn't adhere well! How much more would it have cost to clean the area? Forty bucks for a patch was enough. That's why the 3 stars. Simple request!"

"I have never had a better experience at a automotive place. I went in Saturday morning because my daughters tire was completely bald and it was not in my budget to fix it but it needed to be done. The lady at the front was so understanding and gave me such an amazing price. It was so unexpected and so kind and I am truly grateful and they have a client forever. "AWESOME service. They are fast, convenient, and very professional. There was a minor problem after my tires were done and when I contacted the company they had their crew back out within the hour and the problem was fixed in 2 minutes. I'd use them anytime and promote them from the roof tops. Awesome company and extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Other companies can take a lesson from their customer service.
