We thought they might have 24 hours customer service. But nobody answered and till today we can’t do anything. We will see how they gonna do their job. Still waiting. When we pay insurance companies we pay a lot but when we need help they are close for holidays!"

"Farmers insurance, kept calling me, and leaving me a-lot of voice message, and text messages, to call them, about getting auto insurance, for my Dodge Ram pick-up, then, i called Farmers auto insurance, and Jessica, that answered the phone, and works for Farmers auto insurance, told me, it would be $83.45 on the down payment, to get insurance, on my Dodge Ram pick-up, and, i got charge, $87.19 for the down payment, plus, Jessica, put me with this Bristol auto insurance, and, they sent me a email message, to sign some document paper work, through my email address, and, if i don't sign the paper work, Bristol insurance, are saying, there going to cancel my policy auto insurance, when Bristol insurance, got $87.19 out of my bank account, on the down payment, and, i will be taking this up, with my bank, to get my $87.19 back, no one, going to rip me off, i'm 50 years old, and this Bristol auto insurance, are not going to get away, stealing my money, other customers, are right, these people are crooks."
