"I have communicated over the years with this company regarding Legal Guardianship (granted thru the court system)over my son. The last 6 times, I was told that I could not speak to staff because he was over 18. He is Autistic and has been deemed Mentally Imcompetent by the Court System and Social Security. I have faxed and mailed (certified) the legal paperwork to the Sunshine Health Legal Department. Most recently on Nov 13, 2023. Here I am yet again, getting transferred all over again because his file is not updated...Again. !This time they escalated my call to Rawlings which is a 3rd party company for Auto accidents. What type of incompetent workers do you hire? I have now had to cancel appointments for my son who has been recently hospitalized and needs a follow up. Un freaking believeable."

"I am 59yr old woman. Diagnosed with Chronic Bronchitis, Asthma, Emphysema,COPD. Sunshine has been deningy CT SCAN for Lungs, since April 2021. THIS IS CRAZY!"

"The worst insurance there is, I do not recommend it, they lie to you so that you choose it, saying that they cover everything and they do not even have primary doctors available. I have my disabled daughter and it has been a nightmare. Terrible customer service, nothing works."

"Very poor experience with Sunshine Health. Based on referrals of psych physicians, DCS, and a judge - my child is in need of long term residential treatment. Sunshine Health has found every loop hole possible to not cover the expense for my 12 year old. Sheryl Allen Golden has called me several times to offer in home services such as "art therapy" and "equine therapy". These services are laughable being that my child is a danger to himself and to others and needs true psychiatric treatment. Sheryl has not been helpful. In fact, she has been accusatory and impatient. It is clear that my child is a number on her roster of calls to make and offer services too without providing real support or assistance. Each call she has become condensing and unempathetic to the needs of my child. Somehow, Sunshine Health feels they have a better understanding of my child's needs then Department of Child Services, psych physicians, and a judge. No person from Sunshine Health has ever met or even spoke with my child. I have asked for Sheryl's supervisor to contact me several times over the past 6 weeks. I have still not been contacted."

"Awful! Why change my PCP out of the blue, before an important appointment? Only for the new PCP to be for children? It is not right whatsoever! It has caused me a lot of wasted hours getting all this mess cleared up, then on top of that changing my birthday back to the wrong year after it was fixed? It is like someone went in and randomly reset everything. Terrible."
