"Today on 9/16/2019 i spoke with my Agent Pamela Franzese in the Sunrise, FL location about some concerns i got about my Escrow as out Mortgage company we knew had made a mistake, how do to me and my husband not being to familiar will all in & outs we called Pam. She made us feel so at ease to her having so much knowledge of this matter. She assist with the Mortgage company making sure they understand what we were asking of them.
