"The other stores were selling me the wrong part. The part on the left was the worn out original. The part in the middle was the correct one. NAPA had the right part the first time. Thanks NAPA , I'll be back."

"Took the alternator today… 11/19/2023 around 4:30, the gentleman told me they didn’t test alternator and tried selling me one for 252$$… what kind of help desk employee would try selling you something without knowing if is good or bad.!!? I just had a wrong feeling… . No type of greetings, he asked no questions other than “what type of vehicle “ Just bad customer service all around! Took the alternator to AutoZone.. guess what!! Is in perfect working condition… Don’t think the problem is NAPA, for some reason this gentleman didn’t wanted to take proper care of me…. Had a feeling of not being welcomed in the store."

"Would give zero stars if it was possible. Went to the store for coolant and told the guy at the desk that I’ve never changed coolant on my own before, and if he could make sure that the coolant matched the car because I have a 2016 Mazda. The guy took full advantage and charged a $30 coolant that didn’t fit the car, and probably double what it would cost for the correct coolant. He said they didn’t have it in stock and he would special order it, and then I called while waiting to make sure the coolant matched because I saw on Amazon it didn’t match the car, to which they said we wouldn’t sell you something that doesn’t match your car. I picked the up the coolant and did more research to see it wasn’t the correct coolant per it’s website, and had to return it, and order off Amazon which should have done in the first place. Overall terrible experience and will never visit a NAPA again in my lifetime, hopefully this helps someone to choose somewhere else so they don’t get scammed."

"The guy helping me was very rude. There was no excuse for it. I was patient, I was kind and even though he gave me an attitude about simple wiper blades I didn’t say anything. It’s not my fault the first two wiper blades he sold me didn’t fit my vehicle. I also did not ask him to install them, he decided to install them himself which I guess made him more angry, which I’d like to add was not my fault. I could have installed them myself. That guy deserves to be fired for his rudeness and attitude. I don’t care if we have a category 1 hurricane that’s basically a normal rain storm by the time of 10:00 am on November 10th.. none of this is my fault should have called out like the managers did. You have a job and do it. Next time look up which wipers fit my car instead of using a trial and error method that was not working which made u upset in the first place. They only had 3 other customers that were quick handles so I don’t see what I did to make the man so mad. I guess wiper blades were to stressful for the man when they just opened."
