"I'd give this business a solid 5 if it weren't for the fact that, when I arrived for a scheduled appointment the last time, no less than 5 different employees clearly saw me through the window between the waiting area and the garage - only after more than 10 minutes did someone bother to come into the waiting area to greet me. I have no problem waiting when an establishment is busy, certainly. But when y'all stand there chatting with each other and looking right at me and can't even say "we'll be with you in a minute," it's disappointing. I can highly recommend the work of this business, and I will continue to take my autos there - they are top notch in mechanics, honest, fair and reasonably priced. But don't let the customer service part slip because you're in high demand. Thanks."

"I have been going here for the past few years and the quality of their work has not once disappointed me. The people here are nothing but kind and respectful, provided you are too to them. When I have car issues or just need a routine maintenance I always come here and even recommend family and friends as well. The people here have always been upfront and honest, which I appreciate. There has been a few times where I was expecting a charge/fee for something small but instead they waived it, a very pleasant surprise, which I’m grateful for, but I also genuinely wanted to pay them for their services too. Regardless, I highly trust this shop with my current car and future cars too."

"We had a difficult vibration issue with an MDX. It took HiTech 3 visits to fully address the issue which was very expensive to fix. On the positive side, HiTech dealt with us in a very professional manner and made sure we were happy ultimately offering to not charge us for some of the labor/parts if the problem remained after the 3rd visit. On the negative side, this process took a long time which we incurred rental car costs. We would have liked to have seen HiTech do a better job of researching issues for a fully addressed solution the first time and take the time to fully test drive the solution rather than returning the car for the owner to discover. This was however a difficult problem with multiple parts needed to address. In the end, our car drives better than new now."
