Anytime I've seen them deal with customer's concerns, they explain everything in detail and only fix what needs repaired. I recommend this location to everyone I know."

"Terrible experience. The big baby with the beard wouldn’t let me leave until I got an alignment with my tires. I couldn’t get the alignment because I was installing suspension that week on my own. On top of that I had road hazard but didnt grant me it because I wouldn’t get an alignment. Hope this place gets shut down like the other pep boys in the area."

"I went in last week to get my oil change and needed some extra repairs done. They didn’t have the extra time to do it right there so we rescheduled. Gave me a paper with the price for the repair and everything. Go today for my appointment and they tell me it’s going be an additional $200 on the price I was given. I let them know the guy last week gave me this price and they told me no! That rep was just trying to get extra work so they gave me a deal. But if that’s the case why not honor that?? It’s not my fault your employee made promises that I expect to be kept. Nothing but crooks! I’m going to look into seeing if I can take this further. I called off work to get the repair at the price I WAS GIVEN IN WRITING, and they flat out told me no. Just all around bad customer service and crook behavior. I will be taking this further so you’ll hearing from me."

"Jacob called and left me a voicemail telling me that he had great news. My engine needed replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. I took it in for a high idle that took them 3 days to get a tech out. Now another shop has told me my transmission needs replacement due to no reverse, which the car was backed in so I wouldn't notice, it seems. I drove my car the the shop, and now I still have high idle and trans is damaged. Stay away from this location. "I have a little bit of great news, Richard." Absolutely ridiculous."

"I scheduled an oil change using Mobil 1 and a free tire rotation. On check in it was noted that the tire rotation wasn't listed, but the service advisor said it would be done. My appointment was booked for 5:30. I arrived between 5:15 -5:20. An hour and 20 minutes later I was told my car was ready. None of the tires were rotated because tech says it wasn't necessary, because all tread depths (3 per tire) matched. Tech suggested an alignment which makes no sense since the tires show perfectly even wear. Oil change was not coupon eligible because it was special order oil which was picked up on the other side of the the shop's wall. I measured my oil level at home after a cool down period and it is exactly halfway between the add oil and full indicator marks. So, I paid full price for a job that wasn't verified complete and a free service was not performed because of perfect tire wear yet a tire alignment was suggested to fix a problem not seen. It's hard to tell which is truth or fiction. UPDATE 9.29.23 - oil is leaking out. Found dinner plate sized spot in work parking lot, another twice as big in my garage.
