"At the Pep Boys location I made an appointment and once I got it my car was immediately attended to. Ben made sure the servicing was correct as I put online and got it on the floor right away. They did a great job with timing as well. I noticed a discrepancy with one of the tires and Ben told me to bring the car back and acknowledged the problem and replaced the tire for me with no problems at all. I would definitely go back if need be. The experience was a good one."

My tire tech was Elijah and the entire team did such a great work communicating well together. Abel was super polite and it made the service very quick. "I went in to get an estimate for the front brakes on my car to be replaced. They were super fast on getting the estimate done. I was extremely surprised that the estimate to replace not only my front but also my back brakes came out to be around the same cost as some other places estimated for my front brakes only. They were super nice and very helpful. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. I will update this after I get my brakes done in a few days. 11/13/23 I called to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the same day. They did the repair and also let me know that I needed a few other problems fixed, but they did not push me to get those things fixed that day. (Which was super welcoming. I hate when companies expect employees to push and push even after the customer clearly says no). My car was done in a few hours, and picking it up was fast and easy. I will definitely be returning to get the other repairs done."

"It was an excellent experience for our first time at Pep Boys. Once the complimentary ABS inspection was completed, we received the report via text followed up by a call about 10-15 minutes later. I appreciated the gap since I felt it was intentional to allow sufficient time to review the report. When I received the call to make a decision about having the repair done, there was no judgment or unnecessary pushiness to override our decision to delay the service due to finances. The in-store credit card was mentioned once and left alone once we announced that we did not want to open new credit. I will definitely go back to have services done and highly recommend Pep Boys to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional automotive services."
