"I had a broken valve stem and HAD to get to my worksite. I noticed it when I got out of my truck that it was hissing. Drove over to Efficiency and they fixed me on the spot! I was a tad late but saved the day! Oh, and my total bill was $44.95!"
"Worked here for about a year in Delaware and Baltimore. I watched this place do so much underhanded and sneaky stuff to customers all in the name of making money. Unnecessary repairs, inflated estimates, substandard repairs, selling used parts as new. You name it they did it, anything to pad the bottom line. Customers mean nothing here because it's all about the dollar!! Not naming any names but it starts at the top and runs throughout this company. One of the biggest runoffs around. Do not take any thing here for repairs unless you want to be separated from your money!"
"BAD BAD SHOP!!! We took our truck on 3/26/2018 for AC Repair. Driver dropped off the truck and told them to call us before they start working on it to explain them what we need because we know AC Compressor is bad and everything else related to AC was replaced. We never received the call. Couple hours later we call them to give us an estimate cost to replace AC Compressor and Dryer. Also they told us they can fix our truck by noon 3/27/2018. Again we never received the call from them. We called them on 3/27/2018 around 10am. They said estimate is $1432.70 and they have to order parts and maybe truck will be fixed 3/28/2018. We told them to hold to see what we need to do. We called Freightliner in Tampa and parts AC Compressor and Dryer with tax $557.97. We decided to take truck to TA in Tampa. When we went to pick up the truck they told us we have to pay $107.86 for estimate before they give us keys. They didn't even start the truck and just for estimate they charged us 107.86$. We payed them and took the truck to TA and TA charged us for labor $321.37. Total for repair was $879.34 vs. $1432.70. THIS IS THE WORST SHOP WE EVER EXPERIENCED AND WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT."
