"I chose this shop because I had used them in the past and generally they do good work, however the last install they did was on the level of the guy you pay with a 12 pack. I wanted something simple, head unit, new seperated, box and single sub, and wire my amp that I supplied. We discussed what I wanted a proceeded to doing the install. When I arrived to see the finished product I was shocked, I could have done better. The box didn't fit, wasn't secured, wires in the back were not tucked away, the system sounded horrible, so bad that on the way home I shut it off. I go back the next and they blame it on my amp, so I take the amp to an authorized shop and checks fine, even gave me video. The response was, it was a cheap amp that was made in Korea but they would gladly sell me a JL Audio. This shop had no idea how to tune the amplifier or their supplied head unit. I took my car to another shop where they built a new box that fit and wasn't sliding around and rewired my amp and tuned it, sounds 95% better. The other 5% came when I noticed a cable they left untucked, what did I find, the sub rca wrapped around the power wire, I wonder why my system had noise, the main sales guy said my amp, you be the judge. No integrity at all. Unless you're spending $6k or more your system will look like Rome did your install at the local car wash. Buyer beware. Pics to follow."

"I've had them work on multiple vehicles of mine. They don't shy away from working on exotic cars and they are proficient on working on them. Need something for a Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Lamborghini or other higher end car regarding anything AV related go to Soundwaves. Just did a dash camera and radar hard wire on McLaren 720S. Looks great."
