"It took over 5 weeks to ultimately repair my car. The first windshield they installed was aftermarket and caused issues with the sensor, so I had to return my car so they could do it over again with the right windshield. My low mileage car was hit by a semi and needed major repairs but they never bothered to check if my AC was affected. When they returned my car the AC no longer worked and they were unwilling to attribute it to the accident or the work they did. So my car gets hit by a semi, AC no longer works and now I have to pay out of pocket to fix the AC bc they lacked the diligence to even check the AC. Would not recommend this shop at all"

"After leaving my car for an estimate, they didn’t get to it until a week after dropping off i was informed that they were doing the repairs. I was not told that they were doing repairs, and the sales associate just told me estimate and that is what I thought I had signed for. Needless to say they started repairs only to end up totaling the car. The sales associate stated that he would call me every mon/wed/friday and having my car for two weeks I never received any phone calls for updates. Only the insurance company called to inform me that my car was totaled. Every time I came in I had to wait for long periods before being seen and every interaction with each dashed associate was not pleasant."

"Due to no signage, I inadvertently ran over wet road paint. That lovely colored yellow paint was sprayed all over the bottom of my SUV and my tires. I was upset, to say the least. Kiara went to bat for me with my insurance company to ensure my vehicle was fixed correctly, and it now looks as it did before, but even better. She texted me updates every step of the way and periodically called with additional details. Melinda at the front desk was always friendly and helpful, from making the initial appointment to when I called the office during the repair process. Thank you to all the team members that helped make my vehicle look good again!"
