"Was told at 9:00am that I could pickup my mattress at anytime before 4:00pm. Arrived at 12:00 and was told the truck arrived late and they were still unloading it. They asked me to come back in an hour and a half. Wife and I went and had lunch. Returned at 1:45 and was told they were still unloading this? Well I have no choice but to wait since I disposed of my bed on the way to get the new one. So I am still sitting here on dock ten at 10 till 3:00. Three hours and the still have no results, I guess I will need to find a furniture store that is more organized. Last time I buy from here!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. We bought our mattress from them on Monday. The service in the furniture store was amazing. Thursday (today) they called and said we could pick up our mattress from the warehouse before 4:00 today. We got here at 11:30 and they explained it was a late truck so give them a couple hours to get it unloaded. We came back at 2:00 and are still sitting outside waiting for them to find out mattress. There are literally 4-5 guys just standing around inside the warehouse doing nothing. Will never buy from this store again."

"If we could give ZERO stars we would. The WORST customer service in-store and via phone @ corporate (at least they're consistent). In-store, the floor manager was so rude, that we will never return. When I called to complain to the store manager, he really didn't seem to take our concern seriously but 'said' he would speak to her. Via phone, their phone system constantly disconnects the call so you have to call back several times to complete the request; they have a 'text' option that doesn't work; and when we complained about the floor manager to a supervisor (via phone @ corporate), he said someone would return our call in 24-72 hours. After over one week, no return phone call. When we called again, another supervisor said she saw the notes from the previous supervisor but nothing was done about it. We are beyond disappointed with this company."

"I had a patio table/fire pit delivered today. Went to hook up the gas, and the rack under the table that is meant to hold the can is attached with a single screw, so obviously it collapsed. Upon further inspection I realize that is because everything was installed backwards, so none of the holes lined up. I guess they just figured screw it, since they couldn't figure it out. The top with the gas controls were also reversed. So altogether nothing was done correctly, and when customer service tried to call them to get them back, they would not answer. This is the last time I will be doing business with Ashley."

"My wife and I ordered the Isanti table, bench, and two dining chairs on January 5th, 2022. I was advised that the product is in stock but could take up to 4 months to be delivered. When purchased, the tracking said the bench and chairs would arrive in 2 weeks. After many visits and unhelpful phone calls with customer service, we are now approaching eight months of waiting on a product they are still selling on their website with a delivery date of 4-5 months. This is robbery and greed. I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau because Ashley Furniture has been highly incapable of resolving anything or providing an update to this point."
