"Editing to add . We’re still dealing with this GHETTO facility . We have not had the washer model WE HAVE BEEN PAYING ON SINCE 2022. The original broke without a few months and they gave us a loaner while they tried to find OUR MODEL . It’s been almost two years and we are on our SECOND LOANER which is dingy , old , and disgusting. We are still expected to pay for the one we HAVENT HAD IN TWO YEARS . We try to talk to the manager and your ghetto street cat moncrief employees argue with us and hang up when we try to get ahold of the manager . Do not use this branch of Aaron’s unless you love hood individuals who think they’re on the Maury show . The female sales manager that works at this location is a LIER. She has told us for three days that our item was going to be delivered . I have canceled a shift at work over waiting for our appliance . When we called for the 4th time today we found out that the item will not be delivered yet she told us 4 times the past THREE DAYS that it would be . The store manager told us that she was just telling us what we wished to hear ! I am in contact with corporate because a lier should not be working in customer service. Just wanted to warn everyone of our horrid experience and hope to save you some grief !"

"I really don't like the way they had my husband file for two weeks and didn't do nothing to fix our TV talking about if we caused it we have to pay 1100 we told them it is a used TV and we didn't cause the crack inside the TV and we didn't cause it to go out I'm very disappointed in Aaron's I'm so glad we are back in Indiana cause they are a lot nicer and helpful up here so don't let your TV or anything break on its own cause they will pin it on you and get money out of you"
