"I have had several kitchens installed by this company and they do not perform good craftsmanship. Seam colors are not good and their installers do not come prepared. If you want the cheapest granite and cheap install they may be a good choice otherwise do not go here"
"I contracted stone factory to fabricate and install a piece of granite on my spa spillway that had cracked in the storm. When they came to install it Adam said he did not bring any thinset and only had a tube of silicone. He admitted that would not work and went to home depot to buy thinset. He came back with a bucket of acrylpro. I waited a week and in never cured. I later found out that this product is only to be used on interior tile. I went to turn on my pool and a lot of it washed into the pool. I hired someone to do it right and when we took the granite off nothing was cured, just a mess of white creamy acrylpro. I spent over $250 to correct it as well as having to get in the pool with a shopvac to get it up. I asked stone factory to just reimburse me for half of it and they refused. This is a very poor company who does not stand behind there work"
"Awesome place!! We were having a hard time finding a quartz to match what we already have without a limit to measurements. This place had an almost exact match but with a sparkle which made it pop ! They had a super quick turnaround and installed in it less than 10 minutes but perfectly. I highly recommend this company!!!"
