"Very hit or miss. Store is generally disorganized and staff is mostly kind. I had a problem with something I bought and repacked it for a what I thought would be a simple exchange for another item. I was told that they usually don’t take back items that have been opened and used?! It’s a $8 store brand Swiffer that doesn’t work and I have my receipt?! Anyway, after talking to the manager who was working she finally agreed to let me swap it out and then I had to provide my home address for a return with a receipt! When I asked why she said “it was a corporate rule.” I understand she doesn’t make these rules but I had a receipt and my item didn’t work. I don’t appreciate knowing that the company handles things like this. I usually go here for convenience and deals but I may just keep shopping on Amazon instead where problems with items are immediately taken care of and delivered directly to my door. Hopefully they change how they do returns."
"Our visit was very nice and very good and I believe we found everything that we we're looking for but there is one question I have. Why doesn't Family Dollar so following item Straight Talk prepaid phone cards? The products for reasonable and I believe I got excellent service I recommend this store to anybody who would like to shop at Family Dollar"
