"Brought my Yukon Xl in for service because is was giving me issues and other service providers could not give me a proper diagnosis. Well Bob at AAMCO and his technicians figured out the issue and went above and beyond to make sure it was running properly before returning to me. Bob called to check on me a few days after service . Really appreciate the honest work and clear communication on what was being done what it would cost. Thank you AAMCO! Dallas- you have a great crew!"

"My relationship with AAMCO started about 20 years ago. I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 from a used car dealership in North Carolina. As I approached the final 5 miles of my 200 mile trip back to my house, the transmission started to slip and grind. I took the truck to AAMCO the next morning. They put it up on a lift and showed my what the issues were. Yes, the transmission had problems. The o² sensors had been cut, so they did not relay the faults to the computer and it did not show an issue. Parts of the exhaust had been replaced with makeshift pipe... this truck was a mess. And I was about to make a cross country move with the military. AAMCO was able to get me up and running. It was not near as expensive as I had expected. Plus, I had a warranty that covered me all across the country. AAMCO got pictures and assisted in getting some of the repairs covered by the company the sold the truck. I knew I had found a company that cares about people, both customers and staff. When my Chevy Suburban (the monster truck, as my kids called it) needed transmission work, there was only one place I wanted to go. Again, AAMCO responded in amazing fashion. I was in and out quickly, and the repair was done 100% to my satisfaction. I was amazed by the personal service I was given. Bob Hines at the Venice location made me feel like family. He always has a smile on his face. He makes me feel like part of his family. Thank you for all that you do to make sure we continue to get where we need to go safely!"

"I was raised by a Father who told me. "If you take care of what you have it can last you a lifetime." My 2003 Toyota Tundra is 21 Years old now with a modest 265,000 miles. It's not special to anyone but me, most people ask me why I don't buy a new truck? Quite honestly, there's nothing out there in the world that I want. Besides, my truck is clean and has developed a personality which quite honestly gives it a human quality. Having said that, I have ALWAYS gone to the Toyota Dealership for all my service needs, ALWAYS. Recently I felt my throw out bearing starting to go. It was the original throw out bearing so it did its job and did it well. I called Toyota of Venice and thus started a frustrating conversation. {I'll preface this that I mean no disrespect to the Toyota Dealership or any Dealership, this is a subjective experience and conclusion.} I asked the Service Advisor to provide me an average cost of replacing a throw out bearing for my truck. They responded and stated that they needed to inspect and see what's wrong with the vehicle before they can answer that. I responded that I just advised them what the issue was and let them know again that I just needed to know what the average cost of replacing the part was. I came to the conclusion that either they did not know what a throw out bearing was or that they were not trained enough to answer the question properly. I thanked the person for their time and left it at that because it was becoming quite frustrating speaking to, in essence, a brick wall. I explained my experience to one of my Neighbors who shared a similar experience and had recommended taking my Truck to AAMCO. I called and spoke to Bob and gave me exactly what I requested. To be Honest, Toyota could have given me an outlandish amount and I still would've had them do the work. It's not about the money, it's about the experience I have with those I speak to. Bob gave me confidence that not only did they know what I needed and responded professionally and promptly, he gave me the answer to the simplest of questions. On top of that they got original Toyota Parts. Upon my Truck getting dropped off a day went by and Bob called me with bad news. He said that he apologized but the truck wouldn't be ready as we had agreed and additionally stated that I would need a new clutch as well and provided me a quote. I accepted and let them know I trusted them and to proceed as we agreed. A day and a half later, I had my Truck back and I couldn't be happier with it and the way they treated me and I wanted to write down this experience for anyone to read. I know that repairs on your vehicle can be stressful and often you hear stories how mechanics take advantage of people. Take it from my experience noted above. You can trust AAMCO in Venice, I trust you will have just as good an experience as I have. Thank you Bob - I appreciate you. - JC"
