"Bottom line: Honest experience and fair straight forward pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the people or the service. I highly recommend. Details (in case you’re interested): My 2013 Sorento had been blowing warm air. I knew I couldn’t make it through the florida summer without AC. I had looked around at repair pal recommended shops and other local places. I gave one last look at a google search. So glad I did. After reading great google reviews for this company I had to give it a shot. I called this morning they said bring it in we will take a look. I pulled in 15 mins later and Richard was ready. He checked the AC put dye in my system, he suspects there may be a leak. He recharged my AC and I am back on the road with cold AC. He said if it starts blowing warm again the due is in there I will be able to see if you have a leak. Then we can address it. While this may seem simple to read. I can’t explain how honest, straight forward, and respectful everyone at the shop was. There is true value in that experience. The price was more than fair. I will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I know and I will be back in the future. They do more than just AC. I have always hated taking my car to people who act as though I am burdening their day or who try to convince me something else has to be done or else… I value honesty and sincerity and will gladly spend my money where I can get that. I got that with Richard and the other people at the shop this morning. Thank you all!"

"Factory Auto Air is a winner!! I am very pleased with their work. I walked into their shop with no A/C and explained my problem. Richard immediately performed a dye test, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a precise quote for replacement of condenser and evaporator coils. A few days later, they performed the work in less than the one day scheduled appointment. You can't get any better service, in my mind. I understand they do more than just A/C work, so I will be a return customer for whatever they can do."
