They called later that day and said they could get it done, but they closed at 6. They were willing to wait if I could get there in a reasonable time. "I had purchased new tires and wanted to get a wheel alignment. JSN (formerly Pit Stop) was recommended in various social media posts. I found their website, they offered online scheduling so with a couple clicks I was booked. The shop knew I was coming and ready for my arrival and alignment. During the alignment I was told I had a crack in the knuckle section of my steering system on the drivers side (pictures attached). In my opinion they went beyond just the alignment and actually inspected everything."
