"Was very excited about Zing when my husband and I went in for the first time on (Dec 3.). We decided that day on a large chase lounger, paid in full, were told 4-6 weeks for delivery and we are now on week 8 still waiting for an estimated delivery. I have called the warehouse and store twice in this time asking for updates only to be told today the estimated ship date to the warehouse is between Feb. 14-18th. Once it is received then they will schedule delivery. We specifically ordered this piece because the delivery was shorter than normal. If we would have known this was 12-16 weeks we never would have moved forward with such an expensive piece. We were excited to use it during the few weeks of nice weather we get. I typically do not write reviews, but when you are spending the amount of money these items cost, you expect better communication. Super sad and frustrated."
