"The Manager, Candy, was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I purchased a sectional in December. We received it Feb. 6, 2024. After a week, we realized that we made a mistake and went in expecting the worst experience ever. NOPE. She was great, we purchased two new 98 in leather sofas.....even considerably higher quality and price than the first purchase. She worked out a restocking charge for us that we felt was reasonable (and we certainly expected that to happen). The two new couches will arrive next week and they will pick up the previously purchased sectional. Of course, we paid for a balance as the new couches were more money, but at least these will work out better. SO, NOT ONLY IS CANDY AND FLORIDA LEATHER GALLERY, GREAT IN THE PURCHASE BUT IF THERE IS AN ISSUES, THEY ARE JUST AS PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. 17 years there and knows her products inside and out. No “pressure “ at all to buy. No problem to exchange and repurchase......she worked with us. A pleasure to deal with them . Highly professional."

"Great experience shopping for living room sofa and chair at Florida Leather Gallery. The showroom is beautiful; the selection extensive. Consultants gave us space and time to look and then helped us compare items. We spent quite a bit of time with our consultant, Cece, and she was very responsive to texts we sent after our visit. We selected a beautiful Natuzzi leather sofa and matching armchair that were phenomenally priced (on sale) as nice or nicer and at least half the price of comparable furniture we saw elsewhere.
