"Recently I ordered new furniture from GLT for Keiser University in Lakeland but were concerned about liability issues when we received the low backed chairs we ordered. After speaking to the owner, they refused to take them back because they weren't in the original packaging. The only thing they were willing to do was to sell them on consignment, which meant we would lose lots of money. We also have a table that is wobbly & GLT was supposedly working with the manufacturers to fix the issue. The last time I heard from them was 2 weeks ago & there hasn't been any follow up. Our table is still wobbly and we're stuck with the chairs we ordered. Customer service at GLT is extremely poor so we'll never order anything else from them. I expected more from a local company; one would think they would attempt to make their customers happy."
