"I recently got an aftermarket CarPlay unit for my truck, I plugged it in, and everything worked but I had also gotten a backup camera that required some drilling and a little more work than I was willing to do. I went around to three different places in Brandon to look for a price. One said I had to buy equipment from them, or they wouldn't do it and the other one said that they would do it but if they couldn't get it done, I would have to buy equipment. and the third one gave me a price for labor and for the parts required. This was very straight up and simple, I talked to Sharon at “Car Tunes” in Brandon we set up a time I arrived on time stated, we discussed what I would like to have and how they were going to do. The process was explained to me clearly with no confusion as to what what's going to be delivered. I waited in their waiting room which is quite efficient. They have both a table and outlets nearby so you can work on your laptop, they were fast about doing what they needed to do. The quality of work was exemplary, very neat, very clean and done to a high standard. On my drive home I was pleased, I got to my house I checked my reverse lights and they weren't working, I thought well that's hard because I knew I had seen them working at Christmas mind you this is February so I went back and they took the bulbs out and found the one bulb was burned out and one bulb had fallen out so that had nothing to do with the work that they did but they made it right which was tremendous . All in all, given the fact that I looked at three different places I am happy with the choice that I made and absolutely have no problem spending money with “Car Tunes” again as they are people of their word pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who's considering getting audio work done on their vehicle or anything else they are craftsmen, they take the time to do it right and educate you as a consumer as to what they're doing and what your options are I could not be happier."
