"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I’ve never experienced, repeatedly, such a terrible service as I have experienced with this dealership. To the point that I am SO GLAD that the car’s warranty has expired and I don’t have to ever step a foot at this dealership again. Their service department is just straight up incompetent and neglectful. June of 2022, I bring my car in for a safety recall notice I had received and while they’re at it might as well get the oil & filter done. The car spends pretty much the entire month of July parked. I begin using it Mid-August and out of nowhere the car spilled all of the engine oil while parked overnight. Car is towed into the dealership and the only problem was that back in June they “forgot” to replace the oil plug gasket but that it was all taken care of. 5 days later the car stalls while driving and did not turn on anymore. Vehicle is towed in, again, and I received ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION from them despite I called 5 times. 15 minutes before closing I received a TEXT message saying the car required an engine replacement. To this day I still don’t know whether this resulted from the dealer’s negligence back in June or due to a “recall” which back in June they said the car had none. When confronting them about the situation the only solution they offered me, to have somehow to continue commuting, was that I rented a vehicle out of pocket and that they would reimburse without taxes and any insurance fees. Thankfully, after reaching out to the dealership’s General Manager, he found a way to provide a loaner vehicle which ended up being for the best because the car spent 6 FULL MONTHS at the dealership. Fast forward to September of 2023, I bring the car in because the driver’s rearview mirror was not opening or closing due to apparent damage to the rearview mirror’s engine and I wanted to find out whether this fixing/replacement was covered under warranty or not. Again, 0 communication from them except a quote for almost $800 for just replacing a $180 rearview mirror. I declined all services, and received an invoice for $0. It is not until I call the dealership to request that the keys be left with the receptionist that I find out that I have a balance of ~$200 for “diagnostic fee”. When I inquired about such charge the only explanation I got from the service advisor was that they had to charge something for anything they do. Again, I bring this to the General Manager’s attention to which the solution was “reimbursing” the “diagnostic fee” via check. At the moment of this review, three months later, the check is nowhere to be found. Do yourself, and your car, a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP."

"Brought our 2016 Optima SXL in 3 weeks ago due to lane assist system warning lights. The front camera had been disconnected at one point, after reconnecting the warnings came on. A general internet search revealed the system needed to be recalibrated, Brandon KIA informed us there were two recall issues that needed to be fixed. They did. But then handed car back to us with system warning lights still on. My wife spent pretty much all day at the dealership and the issue we brought car in for was never even addressed. Spoke to them the next day asking why they didn't diagnose or fix the issue with the radar...."Sorry" was pretty much the response. Brought the car back in a week later and they told us the whole radar system needed replacing for $3000. I asked if they the part was actually bad or if just needed recalibration. They had their mechanic check, the part was fine, it just needed calibration for $500. So without me asking a basic question for something they should have checked in the fist place, they just wanted to charge me $3000 tor replace the existing working unit. Three weeks later, another (related) sensor goes off. We bring the car in and this time another sensor system "needs to be replaced" for $2000....along with $1750 worth of "needed" fixes. $340: bad oil pressure switch - its a $10 part! $750: valve cover GASKET replacement - a $56 part. $350: spark plug replacement; max $100 part. Odd...three weeks ago NONE of these issues came up in the TWO times we had the car there. I am not a mechanic, but I can do ALL three of those tasks in about two to three hours and with less than $200 in parts - but they wanted $1750. Recall, they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor that wasn't broken...and now another $2000 for a different sensor. In total, $6000 for items that should cost $1000. Is the 2nd sensor really bad....we don't know...BECAUSE... WE DON'T TRUST anything that comes out of these thieves mouths. STAY AWAY!!! NOTE: I called another local mechanic I take my other cars to, ran by him those three items that Brandon KIA wanted $1750 for, assuming they are even needed, his cost was $612!!! That tells you everything you need to know about Brandon KIA. If they are charging almost 3X what a local mechanic would charge, what other items are they ripping you off about....can you trust anything they say?! After we take the car to our local guy, I will follow up with the items that were actually needed....and the final cost."

"Overall happy with the service they give. Only downside is that weekend are extremely busy. Even with an appointment you have to wait 2-3 hours. Prices are actually great for a dealership service center."

"After bad experiences at 3 different dealerships, we’d almost given up hope of finding a quality place to get our car serviced. From Nick the service advisor to Lily who cashed us out, it was a pleasurable experience. Being able to schedule the appointment online was a nice feature. We were told to text since the service advisor may not be available at the moment we called. This was also nice. Nick kept us informed throughout. Well done."
