"Volvo Cars of Tampa has always provided good customer service for me over the past 15 years. Recently the service I received on 3 separate visits was Exceptional! June 14th the A/C went out in my 2019 S60 Volvo. I called ahead and was told to bring the car in that day ASAP. Ken Salos was my Service Advisor. It was late in the day, so Ken offered me a Rental car for 24 hrs N/C. The car was ready the following day and covered under warranty. June 28th I went to the Volvo Svc Dept hoping they were not busy and could help me with a new ceĺl phone and the connection for Google Maps in my car. All Service Advisors were very busy, but Vanessa asked what I needed and offered her help. Vanessa had it working for me in 20 minutes!! There was no charge for her time and expertise. Today, July 5th I am back with another problem. While exiting the Bank drive thru, I hit the curbing and the piece under the driver's door was dislodged. Ken Salos Svc. Advisor helped me out again!! He had it back on in about 45Min and it cost me $5.91. Needless to say, I am a VERY GREATFUL CUSTOMER!!"
"With an excellent vehicle comes an even greater service experience. I had a leak in a tire and they got me in quickly and replaced my tire at what I’d consider a very reasonable price. The lounge has a coffee machine, water, and snacks available, all complimentary. There were also vending machines with additional varieties of beverages, and other snack items. Seating was very comfortable and everyone I encountered was very kind and helpful. I’m glad to have such a good place for service so close to me!"
