"I was not a customer at their Castillo's, but I got into a car accident about a block from their shop, and was able to limp my car over to Castillo's until I could figure out how to get my car repaired. With insurance it took a while to figure out that my car actually had to be towed to an autobody shop. Despite not being an actual customer, Jorge provided individualized care during a difficult time, allowed me to park my vehicle at his garage free of charge, and texted me throughout the day to ensure we could get things worked out. Would recommend just based on their humanity in a time of crisis."
"Great auto repair shop. Well qualified mechanics, . I was in the market for a good, affordable, solid vehicle to purchase and I was referred to Castillo. I purchased a Nissan Maxima months ago, right before Christmas and they did everything to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and I'm very happy with the auto work they did and the car I purchased.
