"I originally came in for an estimate for some scratches and a part off of my car. The estimate was very reasonable, so I took my car in. The paint job and the part took a couple of days. The price of the finish job was the price of the estimate which was very exciting as well as my car looking brand new! The workers are very nice on the phone and in person. I would happily take my car back here if I needed more auto body work done. Thank you!"

"Drove in with no appointment. Had a small dent in my rear plastic bumper. They looked at it immediately. Told me he has to remove the bumper to repair it and quoted me a price and gave me an estimated time. I sat in the office waiting for the work to be performed and only after less than a half hour I was told it was finished. It took a lot less time than he said it would and asked me for a lot less than the cost he quoted me and the bumper looks great! Fast fantastic job at a nice cost for a drive in!"

"I wish a lower rating was available. Docks auto Clinic, is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Specifically; Fabian was dishonest about the price, completion schedule and unfortunately his ability to perform the intended service. I was given a one week timeline for minor body repairs. At the end of week two, I received the car, and a request for $500 over the quoted price. Though the body work was done, the vehicle was returned inoperable. Fabian stated that he would put the car on “the machine” and get back to me. Two days later, I discovered that Fabian left the car at the dealership and agreed to pay for repairs he caused. During the agreement, Fabian did not disclose that he had broken the rear windshield and replaced it with glass not compatible with my vehicle. After two weeks at the dealership, they finally figured this out and were able to replace the rear windshield with factory compatible glass and re-program the vehicle. This would have been avoided with a little honesty and professionalism from Fabian. I WOULD NOT recommend this shop for anything, not even to repair a bicycle."
