"( he deleted my last one but I will keep posting it ) I will never go to this place again in my life , Doug is a rip off , Affordable should be taken out of their name , Doug told me he would charge me 800$ to do a front end change on my car , ( Lower control arm, upper , sway bar links ) I paid him 200$ to get the parts and to confirm I wanted to do the job , I work a busy schedule and I'm a father too two little girls so a month or two went by before I came back , I found someone who could do the job cheaper and let Doug know , he said okay I can bring the price down from 800 and you already gave me 200 so instead of 600 extra . I can give him 300 . Bringing the total to 500 instead of 800 . We confirmed the price before I dropped off my car ( at 10am) so 4pm comes by and he calls me all hostile saying he can't do that price after we literally agreed to that price hours before . He refused to give me my money back for a service I didn't render and told me to go to hell . I will be taking him to court in due time . I WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE IF I WAS YOU ."
"I took my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Affordable AC in August of 2023 as the AC on the drivers side was not very cool and on the passengers side was warm. I got there at about 4:30PM and they diagnosed it while I waited, ordered the parts, and fixed the following day. They honored their estimate, even though the repairs took additional time, and the price was extremely fair, and way less than I had paid for similar work on a different car in the past. I would highly recommend these gentlemen as highly competent and honest."
"Was having some staring issues with my car along with the AC being out. Had another mechanic tell me it was going to need a whole new compressor and told me it would be a few days. Brought my car to Doug and his team and they had everything fixed within a DAY with a far much better price I was first quoted. If you’re looking for somewhere to bring your car that you can trust I HIGHLY recommend. Timeliness, customer service, and great communication. 10/10"
