Take 5 Oil Change

"Great service and time. They also close at 8 pm which is great. Gives me time to take my vehicle for service after work. While other places close earlier Take 5 is there till 8pm to take care of you. I needed to change the oil before taking a 24 hour trip and Take 5 was there to help right before closing. The tech are profesional and courteous with a smile, and helpful. I want extend my thanks to them. Also thanks to the dispatcher when I called for information she was attentative and also offered coupon which was handy. I Recommend Take 5 ."

"I took my car to Ehrlich Rd store for an oil change. After a while the manager got under my car because the employees couldn't take the plug out. The manager got under the car to take it out and hit the plug with a hammer and everything she had! At this point I was asking what was going on. AFTER 45 MINUTES OF WAITING SHE TOLD ME "I HAVEN'T WORKED SO HARD IN A LONG TIME" right now my car it's been in front of my driveway leaking oil, nobody answers in the store or in corporate. DON"T GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!"

"I came here on a Thursday at 8:30am. One lane was closed and the other had a car finishing up in front of me. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was offered a water during the time! Love that. I pull up for my oil change and asked about the 15% off rideshare discount. As I was getting checked in for my service another vehicle pulled into the lot, in which the other technician moved the cone and opened the other lane up for them to go in. Because I use synthetic oil, she gave me two options for my oil change: one for 5,000 mile range for $81, or one for 7,000 mile range for $100. I chose the 7,000 mile option. Then as the oil change began I noticed, when they pulled the engine air filter off, that it looked so old and dirty. I asked about it and Carroll was very knowledgeable about the importance of the part without being pushy for getting it serviced here. I told her I’d check in with my boyfriend and she understood and said “no rush”. She offered a 25% discount on my total service if I chose to change the filter with them. So I did it and left there paying only $111 for a full synthetic oil change and engine air filter replacement! I need to take a moment to talk about Carroll for a second… she made my experience so awesome. She’s very personable, professional, and diligent!! Brought me the water while I waited, didn’t pressure me into any services, offered the 25% off, informed me to watch out for the deals in my emails that some end up being better than the rideshare discount, and showed me the dipstick of full clean oil. I was in and out in 30 mins. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Great Service as usual. From pull in to exit was 11 minutes. The pit crew concept works very well. Do understand that it is no just an oil change for the price…tire pressure, top off some fluids, air filter check, signs of leaks, etc. Time is money and be prepared to spend the same price at a dealership when doing a synthetic oil change. Keep up the good work!!"
