"They towed my SUV back to their shop after an accident. Jessica made the process easy and hassle free. She communicated so well with me throughout the entire process even assisting in parts of my insurance claim. They had the adjuster there within a day or two and had my car out of the shop within two weeks. When I got it back, you could not even tell anything had happened. After a couple days, I noticed my wipers weren’t working and messaged Jessica. She had me drop it off that same day and it was fixed in a couple of hours at no charge. Everyone there was always super nice and helpful! Overall, great experience."

"We had the worst experience with their methhead-looking tow truck driver. He was vulgar and didn't know what he was doing. When requested to leave the vehicle, he wanted to fight. If he shows up with lips pierced, redhead. DO NOT USE THE TRASH"
"These folks are dishonest. Charged our credit card twice. The charge of $1,017 was charged on the day we picked up the vehicle and then again. We called and they said they would reverse the “mistake”. Days later we had to call again and they said “Oh Sorry” we weren’t able to do that. Then they said they would overnight a check to us. That has not happened. Our credit card company is handling it now. These people should be out of business. Please be advised not to have a vehicle towed there. I had to give the 1 star in order to write this review. They deserve a no star rating."
