"Beware! I purchased a very expensive sectional couch 12/18/21. Delivery guys had a hard time getting it together and never got it right. The corners were also not sewn straight, so I called my sales person, she had me send her pictures of the problems. No one came out to look at it! They use a 3nd party to fix problems and scheduled me for January 28! (That’s over a month) I called my sales person and she said don’t worry they’ll take care of you. I found out that I won’t be available that day so they’ve now put me off until March 4! I found this unacceptable."
"If there were 10 stars, I’d give them. I purchased 15 pieces of furniture for 3 bedrooms, including a large vertical hallway mirror, all for just a little over $8,000 and all white glove delivered between 2-6 weeks by their own personnel. I had a fabulous salesperson who was able to help me thru the process of my selection. She is no longer there, but I don’t think there is any who isn’t customer service and design oriented in the store. Cannot recommend this store or its staff enough."
