"Mike our salesperson treated us like a good neighbor or friend. Easy going no pressure . We told him exactly what we were looking for and he saved our time by telling and showing what we were interested in bedroom chest of drawers. He listened to our delivery needs and suggested the best choice for delivery that was lesser than renting a vehicle. I will keep his business card handy."

"We purchased a loveseat which was a special order due to choosing a specific fabric. The salesperson (Liam Lambert) said he would call or email us that Monday to confirm our fabric choice was available, confirm how long it would take, and answer a question we had on a potential discount. Once we paid him and left the store, he has not reached out to us at all or been in the store when we have called to follow up. We were able to get a hold of someone else who looked up our order and could answer our questions. I am hoping the product will be in good condition when we get it because their customer service is non-existent."

"I would like to say that Kane’s came through! We had originally purchased a new sectional that looked great in the store. We measured several times to make sure it would fit but, unfortunately when it arrived it didn’t and it overwhelmed the entire space. It was way too big and we were very disappointed in how it looked in the space. The delivery gentleman went above and beyond to help in arranging it and tried to make it work in the space. Because we were so disappointed we asked Kane’s what could be done. Corporate was so kind to give us a call to rectify the situation as we were extremely dissatisfied. They let us know that these things sometimes happened and they said they would take it back. They offered us a credit for the sectional and we agreed to pay the restocking fee as it was well worth it to us. Mark one of the mangers at the Sarasota store went above and beyond to help us with everything. We have to say that in the end everything went smoothly and that we would highly recommend Kane’s."

"Beautiful quality furniture, a large selection and no pressure from Joe Klein to buy. It was a refreshing experience. Joe took us to the area we were interested in showed us what we had expressed interest in and then let us shop and compare. We were happy with our choice and the price! The only downside is our pieces are on back order but that gives me time to prepare"
