"I have recently became a customer to rac and I want to say I am very happy!! I had some issues with my pick of furniture lol and Cassidy helped me with alot! When the first one didn't work out Cassidy constantly reached out till I was happy with my furniture. And for the delivery driver malik to come back the 2nd time and even assemble the couch for me was awesome he was also very respectful and polite. Even the manager Pablo was hands on and worked with me! I will definitely recommend and stay a loyal customer to rac!"

"Needed extra refrigerator space for this past Thanksgiving. Came here the week prior and Chastity was amazing! Explained that I only needed it for the holidays and she took great care of me. The store manager actually picked it up today and was awesome as well. He said I left my free gift mug from T Mobile at the store but forgot to bring it. LOL. Would highly recommend this store for any of your needs."

"Wow! Chris Daniel, and Pablo Ramirez Jessica Lopez are great people. These two outstanding gentlemen take pride in their job. They are down to earth and have the perfect amount of professionalism, compassion and attentiveness. Rooms to go Failed to deliver my daughter's furniture at her apartment yesterday leaving her to sleep on the floor. I drove 4.5 hours And brought her to these 2 fine gentlemen.. these two they made miracles happen. Miracle you say might be a strong word but let me tell you. It's Memorial Day weekend. It was a Saturday at 9 o'clock and they were able to hand deliver a living room set and a king size bed on a Saturday. On Memorial Day weekend themselves at 6 pm they knew how dire our situation was and knew that there would be no way. My daughter would have any furniture until Wednesday of next week and they made it happen. This is what customer service is about. This is what Quality people are about and you can't find that anymore in this day and age so thank you guys so much thank you. Thank you. Thank you. OK one last hurrah The couch didn't fit trough the door. they turned around went all the way back to the store at 7 o'clock at night and got a smaller couch that would Fit so that she would have one the same day.. I'm not saying that they're in a position to be able to pull off a miracle like this again for the next customer but the willingness and the Compassion is present in these gentlemen and if they can make something happen they will."
