"It's a dealership, they'll fix your car right. The service advisor was friendly and nice. The hour rate for labor was $150 when I took my car which is steep, but typical for a dealership. Unfortunately, my only option was the dealership because the radio lost all of its features like Bluetooth, Android auto, Carplay, and many other options. They were able to reprogram and activate the radio to get it working again. I would take my car here if there is a repair that needed to be done by a VW dealership."
