"Horrible experience!! We tried to cancel our insurance policy but the agent we went through never filed the paperwork so I called the Gainesville office to get some answers they transferred me to the manager of the Leesburg office but she basically told me they really don't do cancellations there... (?) ...and that she couldn't help,and that I'd have to talk to the agent I dealt with earlier (so much for managing). The Gainesville office then helped me by connecting me with the actual Insurance company Slide (because King insurance are just bottom shelf middlemen). By the time I got a call back from the agent I had all the information I needed to cancel our policy for the second time."

Charlene Green stepped in and helped me when the current insurance company terminated me over my roof-EVEN THOUGH I was under contract to have a new one put on. She was there every step of the way and dealt my my craziness and calmed me down. She was able to place my insurance cheaper and quicker than any of the big name companies. I cannot thank her and King Insurance enough!!"

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not get insurance with these unprofessional people. I just cancelled a policy I had with them for over 6 years because they don't know how to take accountability and "it's not my fault, so don't take it out on me." quote from their extremely rude employees. Don't do it, save yourself the headache."
