"I've had a lot of car issues this year with all three of my vehicles. And Lisa and a young man named Jordan and also I wish I knew his name it might be ken. Have been the biggest help. every time I call them or go into the store. They take the time to listen to me. And help me with everything. Even if I walk in at 5 minutes till closing time. Other auto parts stores don't want to hear what the problem is. These guys listen and they care. I feel like these people are well trained. They know what they are talking about. I don't trust any other part place but this one. They always have the parts in stock. Jordan has a ton of patience to deal with all of my car needs. Lisa has a lot of phone patience. She's always walked me through step by step on what to do next when I have a car issue over the phone. She is better then calling AAA. And ken is that fatherly figure that takes you under his wing and gives you the guidance that you need. I lost my father this year. So I can no longer pick the phone up and call him and ask him mechanical questions but Ken is always right there to guide me in the right direction. Thank all of you guys so much."

"This was my first visit to this location, and my purpose was to obtain a battery check. Luis greeted me he was happy to assist even though it was very hot out. Although there was a bit of a challenge for the test to fully complete, Luis continued to make adjustments and was able to confirm that my battery was in satisfactory condition. While doing the battery test, we noticed that the brake fluid level was low, so he researched the proper fluid for my vehicle and showed me the options available for purchase. Luis was professional and knowledgeable, and he is the reason why I had such a positive experience."

"Love this place! It’s close to home and very convenient for me. Carlos has helped me out many times. He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind! He helped me with my air filter, cabin filter, battery, wipers, coolant, and brake fluid all in one visit. Carlos took time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand how to take care of my car. Thanks Carlos!!!!"

"Had problems with Die Hard battery not holding a charge. Took in to store and Kat was awesome. Took the battery and tried to charge for me. When it wouldn't hold a charge, she warrantied the battery for me, had been purchased at end of last year. Return process and customer service was awesome. Will definitely be returning there!!!"
