"After reading positive reviews, I decided to give Great Florida Insurance of Leesburg a shot of giving me quotes for my home, auto, motorcycle and boat insurance. I met with Henry Morales and provided him with copies of my declaration pages. This was late Friday afternoon. He informed me that he would get back to me on Monday morning and email me the information. After not hearing from him, I decided to call his office that afternoon to learn that they were unable to accept my call as their phone was out of service. I then drove to Leesburg and met with Henry. He informed me that they lost their phone and internet so he was unable to provide me with the information but promised that he would get back to me no later than Wednesday. Well today is Thursday and I haven't heard anything from them. Not impressed as this is poor customer service."
