"I have been an AutoZone customer for many years at several different store locations. I visited the 1007 US-441 location in Leesburg Florida and asked the employee If he could assist me in procuring the correct oil and oil filter for my Porsche GTS. He reluctantly typed the information into the computer and sent me off to find what I needed. After a long day of working on the car I got to the oil change and realized that you need a specialty socket to take the oil filter off of the car. So I drove back to the store and asked the employee about the socket, he clearly knew that the socket was needed and looked at me like I was stupid. After looking for the item I asked if he could help me find it. He basically just pointed to the whole store and said over there! I was furious and said “Why don’t you stop being lazy and walk 15 feet and show me where it is!”. It was at this point that another employee happened to hear me and said no worries I got you! She not only stopped what she was doing but went out of her way to bring me to the hard to find item and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find several other items I needed. With a smile and excellent customer service you Lilly turned my day around from a really bad day to a good one! Keep up the good work!!!"

"The Sales Person Michael was amazing. I knew the battery in my vehicle was going bad, so I immediately pulled into Auto Zone at the Leesburg location. After making the purchase, I explained that I did not have any tools to install the battery. I have years of experience making purchases through Auto Zone, and they have always been great. Michael did a check of my old battery, and sure enough, it had a dead cell. Michael installed the new battery, and with my knowledge about vehicles, I knew immediately he had done everything correct, such as cleaning the terminals, adding preventative corrosion lubricant to the terminals, and installing everything correctly. After installing and finishing, he stated he wanted to make sure everything was working properly before I left. The associate that helped me (lily) she went above all to make sure I got what I needed for my husband to do my brakes. Selling me everything to get them done right and didn’t make me feel unknowledgeable for not saying it off the bat. I was very glad that she helped me and will go back again!!"
