"Made a 4:00 PM appointment for wheel alignment, full synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. Upon arrival I was informed that there’s nobody to check my alignment that I would need to make another appointment. Driving out of the facility I checked tire pressures, and the rear tires had 85 lbs which was verified with a gage. I very confident that with a little effort the alignment could have happened, and the tires aired to proper pressure."
