"I drove to this dealership from gainesville to see a car. I would say it was definitely worth the drive, as I was helped by a lovely lady named Breanna. She showed off the car’s features very well, going through each one with me and making sure I knew what each buttons did (I had previously only had a base model so there were no fancy features). Before we arrived, she communicated with us via text message to make a good time for us to make the trip down and tell us about the history of the car, which I thought was very cool. Even though the stereotypical dealership notion is that they haggle the hell out of you, I found this to not be true with Breanna. I thought she handled herself very professionally and I had a pleasure doing business with her, especially since this was the first time I bought a car from a dealership."

When I arrived, my salesman, Calvin Reed saw me pull in and was right there to graciously greet me. Surprised me. "I took my Mustang in because I was having water leak in my car and wanted to see if the company who made my car could possibly fix it. I get a call a hr later with them telling me they see the problem but can’t fix it. Which I understand to an extent. But to charge me $180 when all you did was put more water in my car, print out 3 sheets of paper with instructions and sending me somewhere else is embarrassing. Maybe as a courtesy you could’ve at least cleaned the water out. Instead one of your representatives recommended I buy some tires. Thank you so much for the experience Ford. I really appreciate it!"
